After two years of hard work and a lot of songs written and recorded, we can say that CONTRE JOUR succeeded in delivering a second album, that surpasses the expectations easily! ‘Passion and Fall’ turns out to be an opus full of cold atmospheres and at the same time a kind of ‘pop verve’. As before, the album is very 80ies influenced and combines the romanticism and heroism of that (musical) era both in sound and lyrics. Target achieved! Passion and Fall is indeed a step forward!
