This is the re-release of the deleted second album from 2004. This re-release not only contains all 6 tracks of the equally deleted EP ‘In Lichter Farbe steht der Wald’ but also an additional 2 bonus-tracks: ‘Mahnung’ from the long unavailable single ‘Veni Veni’ and the track ‘Ecce Gratum’ in an exclusive Version, that fits
perfect with the ‘light’ mood of the ‘In lichter Farbe…’ EP!
With a total of 20 tracks (including 4 instrumental intermezzi, ‘Liod 1-4’), LIOD (ancient German for ‘Song’) offers a big number of beautiful tracks that are in fact more ‘SONG’-type of tracks than on the debut. Again Horn composed music with strong roots in the (medieval) past, but that is interwoven with the technology and sounds of the 21st Century. Sabine is singing in Latin, ancient German and French, Spanish
and Italian and her voice sounds even more ‘heavenly’ and beautiful than on the debut-album!
