On “Soul Music For Zombies, Jean-Marc associates vocals from R&B, acapella, soul, opera and remodulated voices on backgrounds coming from industrial music, electro-pop, electro-funk, ambient, film music and house/garage to paint a moving (your mind, your heart and your ass) image of what music could be when accidents happen between genres that have no real connections at all.
The result is surprising and fun here, emotive there and, exciting and even daceable on some tracks. All together: this is a wild album you’ll discovering !
