There is no highly developed gothic-stage in Belarus. Nevertheless, Kaltherzig (also known as KAlt before) is a gothic project from this country. Kaltherzig started as one-man project. All music and lyrics were written by Alexander Krupp. But also one can find Alice and Nika Noname in line-up of the project today.
After the first promo CD ("Sip the Entity") the project was called "East European Blutengel" by the press. Is it true? Maybe. But only you will decide to compare this project or to taste their music.
