‘Blood & Gold’ reunites musician, art performance rebel, and Canadian Governor General Award recipient, Monty Cantsin, with YUL Records, the Montreal based electropop label who originally released his first two EPs, “Neoist Songs” & “Mass Media”, back in the early 80s.
This 6 track CDEP introduction compiles tracks from Monty Cantsin’s long out-of-print vinyl releases, which now command big bucks on the collector’s market. Also included, are 2 unreleased tracks from the “Born again in Flames” sessions, which were recently discovered in the vaults in the Neoist Museum Of Modern Arts.
