They became fast friends and share a mutual love of industrial music. Lee approached Jim about working on a project and thus Red Lokust was born. Their debut album \"The Repercussions of Shedding Your Skin\" is a relentless assault on the mind as well as the dance floor. Originally released in 2016, the album sold out of its initial pressing and is a sought after collector's item. Jim and Lee decided to have the album re-mastered by Eric Oehler (Null Device) and even had some vocals re recorded. Dealing with subjects of personal change, selfishness, paranoia and different points of view, \"Repercussions\" is a solid album through and through and includes the singles \"When We Knew You\", \"Judgement Chamber\" and \"Mistakes Were Made\". The album also includes bonus remixes by Leaether Strip and Interface. The debut album will be released on Jim's Distortion Productions label and will include stunning artwork by Byron Winton. The band will be playing their first post covid shows in NYC and Pittsburgh this Fall and will share the stage with Front 242 and will also appear on the Unconvention Festival in New Jersey.
