Minimum Order Value
Such a thing doesn't exist at POPoNAUT. We also sell and ship single CDs or tickets.
Delivery Time
The usual delivery time is 2-14 days. Please also note the delivery time or date shown in the product description. This information is without obligation, because we can't guarantee that all items will be delivered in due time. In case the delivery delays about more than 14 days, we'll inform you by e-mail.
Subsequent / Partial Deliveries (only for deliveries inside Germany)
Due to shortages at our suppliers, it might happen that certain items aren't available on short notice. We'll inform you, if this is the case and deliver the missing items free of additional shipping charges at a later stage. Therefore we'll split you order in maximum two shipments (especially for articles which will be released at a later date).
Limited Editions
POPoNAUT reserves the right to sell limited editions only in quantities commonly used in an average household.
Concert Tickets
Concert tickets can usually be ordered at most until 3-5 days before the concert, because otherwise we can't guarantee that they will be delivered in time.
Cash On Delivery (only for deliveries inside Germany)
For shipments via C.O.D. inside Germany, we have to charge an additional fee of 5,95 €. Currently we don't ship goods via C.O.D outside Germany.
* Calculation of shipping costs is based on the following weights:
- Paper-Case = 30-50g
- Maxi-Case = 80-120g
- Album-Case = 100-120g
- DVD = 150-250g
The exact shipping costs for deliveries abroad will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Therefore the overview about the expected shipping costs above is just for orientation.
